if you like edit your photo, but.. you don't have facilities to edit your photo..
Example ... Photoscape, maybe..
I will give you some suggestion :
1. First, open www.pizap.com
2. Second, get your photo from computer or webcam.
3. Third, Edit your photo with facilities in it
4. Next, Save the edit photo in document in your computer
5. Finally, you can upload that photo in facebook, twitter, blogger, etc..
